PEEWEE JUDO
PeeWee Judo is a special Judo class designed for young children 4 - 6 years of age. Class meets 1 hour a week on Sundays 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Class activities include but are not limited to learning Judo etiquette, body conditioning, Judo fundamentals, basic techniques, watch instructional videos (image training), and play games.

Physical activity is an important part in the development of children. Judo is both a sport and a way of life. Children will learn new skills, improve physical fitness, weight control, boost self-confidence, learn responsibility and establish new friendships.

Martial arts helps build leadership qualities that make for great community members of the future.

Discipline and ability to follow instructions are a large part of Judo and martial arts training in general. This leads to better behavior at home.

Lesson plan and pace of instructions customized to be age appropriate to offer a slower pace and less intimidating but fun setting for your child to develop Judo.

Rules for PeeWee Judo:

An adult guardian or parent must be present for the entire lesson.

Six-year-olds can practice in PeeWee and Junior Class for the same fee.

Lessons may be recorded (audio and video) for instructional purposes and NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION.
